Our Translation:

The 'white' gingerbreads are traditionally neither sugar glazed nor filled and are baked only in a rectangular shape.

Wickleins White Nuremberg gingerbreads have a flour content of 40% maximum.  The share of whole egg and/or milk protein is at least 15%.

Der alten Tradition entsprechend werden Die Weissen Lebkuchen weder glaziert noch gefuellt und nur in rechteckiger Form hergestellt. 

Wickleins Weisse Nuernberger Oblaten-Lebkuchen haben einen Mehlgehalt von maximal 40%.  Der Anteil an Vollei und/oder Ei- oder Milcheiweissprodukten liegt bei mindestens 15%.
