Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.  You may check the contents of your shopping cart at any time while shopping.

 If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We do limit to our shipping to addresses located in the Continental United States.

We accept Visa, Master, Discover, and American Express Cards.  Seasonal  items (such as German Lebkuchen) are not charged until they are shipped.  We must have your credit card on file for such delayed transactions.  Please use the 2nd Payment option to avoid that your card is charged during the checkout process.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.  Our shopping cart is encrypted and secure.

Shipping And Handling

We do not charge a separate 'handling' charge.   All 'handling' is included in our flat shipping charge.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, and ever escalating costs associated with small orders, we are forced to implement a minimum order requirement of $ 25.00.

We have a 'flat' shipping charge in effect that varies according to the value of your order.  Keep these values in mind to maximize your order to the best of your advantage.

       Florida Shipping Schedules:

* Minimum order requirement is $ 25.00

**Incremental charge, i.e. any increment above $ 175.00 will add $ 2.00 per $ 25.00 for Brown Label Service, or $ 4.00 per $ 25.00 Blue Label Service, and $ 5.00 for Red Label Service.

***Blue and Red Label Service are 'dimensional rate service' and actual shipping expenses may vary depending upon the packaging you select.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in two business days.  Seasonal pressures may delay your order by a day or two.

International orders are not accepted.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will contact you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order or substitute a similar product.

Tax Charges

For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to FLORIDA in state orders. Our business is operated from Florida. All other orders are tax free, please make sure to click the exempt box to reduce tax to zero.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Remittance Terms

Payment is due prior to shipment of any order. We do not make C.O.D. Shipments.
