If you would like to place your
order by mail, please send your order and payment to our business address. Shipment will be made only after your check has
been on deposit for 5 days or has cleared.
We provide our products at competitive
prices.
Terms of sale are F.O.B. Shipping Point.
We do not charge a separate
'handling' charge. We also do have a 'minimum
purchase' requirement in effect. We regret, but the freight expense,
the packing and handling charge, makes it uneconomical to process any
order below $ 25.00 We have a 'flat' shipping charge in effect
that varies according to the value of your order.

Alaska and Hawaii will be serviced
by USPS Priority Mail Service. Your credit card must be on file for us to
ship via Priority Mail.
Making shipment via
UPS enables us to provide our customer with a tracking number.
Tracking numbers will be provided to you as soon as we have completed shipment.
This information will be transmitted to you via e-mail. Please be
certain that the e-mail address you provide is correct and that you add
sales at gdh-trading.com to your
accepted e-mail list.
Credit Card Charges:
We charge your card
upon receipt of your order. We will receive E-mail notification from 'Authorize.net'
(our Payment Gateway) that your credit card has been approved and that the payment will be processed
by them. We in turn process your order upon receipt of that information.
We do not receive your credit card
number if you use 'Authorize.net' as your payment option. We only receive
the last four digits of your card (for reference). We require the
expiration date of your card and the 'Security Number' (CVV2 value) - a three
digit number - on the signature strip on the back of your card (Visa & Master
Card). American Express employs a four digit code and you will find that
number of the front of the card.
If your card is declined, we will make contact with you and
request other arrangements.
